499bde may request KYC verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Verification can be completed by submitting any one government-issued ID — National ID card, passport, or driving licence.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The minimum deposit on 499bde is BDT 200 and the minimum withdrawal is BDT 500. Your maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP level.

• Deposits are generally instant; in the event of network issues, processing may take up to 15 minutes.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours; bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method where possible.
• Transactions using a third party's bank or mobile banking account are not permitted.
• In the event of suspicious transactions, 499bde may place withdrawals on hold until the investigation is complete.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Each bonus offer applies once per member account.
• Withdrawals from a bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

• 499bde is not liable in the event of force majeure circumstances, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, and similar events.
• 499bde will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a member's own negligence or error.
• For errors caused by third-party game providers, 499bde will endeavour to provide applicable compensation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh have jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
